Listen, when you’re dealing with Luca Brasi Sauces, you’re dealing with family. And in this family we take care of each other always, but we’ve got a saying: once the bullet leaves the chamber, there's no bringing it back. 

Returns
Fuggedaboutit. Our sauces are crafted with care, love, and a little bit of fire. Once you’ve made your choice and the bottle’s in your hands, it’s a done deal. Returning it? Let’s just say… that’s not how things work around here. So think it over before you pull the trigger. No returns, capisce?

Refunds
Now, if there’s an extreme situation—and I mean real extreme, messy messy stuff we talkin'—you can reach out to us. We’ll take it under consideration, but let me be clear: this is a favor, not a promise. Refunds will only happen if we decide it’s justified. So make sure your story holds water. But be warned: we don’t take kindly to shenanigans. Contact us directly and we’ll see what we can do. That’s the Luca Brasi way. At the end of the day, we’re family, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
